Shipping & Handling
For most orders, please allow 2-3 days to be processed and 4-9 days for delivery on domestic orders. Some areas can take up to 14 days for delivery. International orders may take between 5-14 days depending on the country.
Orders placed during Holidays and weekends might take longer than usual.
All domestic orders of $150+ and international orders of $250+ are FREE. Otherwise there is a flat fee of $7 for domestic orders and $20 for international orders.
For international customers, please note that your order may be subject to additional customs and duties fee before/upon delivery of your order. Group Project is not responsible for any duties and taxes added to your order. We will not process your refund if the package is rejected or returned back to us due to any reason.
Confirmation email along with tracking information will be sent to your email on file. Click the link on the email to track the progress of your shipment.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US Territories at this time. Customers will be responsible for additional shipping charges that might occur due to wrong/undeliverable addresses. We will not be able to re-route any packages to a different address once the order is processed.
Lost • Stolen Packages
Group Project is more than happy to help on lost packages during transit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if your package was lost during transit. For any stolen packages customers are responsible to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
